Never consume fast food or outside meals in front of children

Never arrive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or misused medication

Never engage in lengthy personal conversations with parents during work hours

Never arrange babysitting or private childcare with families during work hours

Never alter timecards or make handwritten corrections
All timekeeping concerns must be directed to the Director.

Never leave children unsupervised for any reason
Active supervision is non-negotiable at all times.

Child files, family information, developmental concerns, behavioral notes, and personal details must be protected at all times.

Do not discuss sensitive information in hallways, lobbies, classrooms, or public areas.
Conversations about children should be handled discreetly and privately with leadership or appropriate staff.

Never share details with other families or individuals who are not part of the child’s direct care.
